We believe in being honest about fit. We do ask for commitment to the process — therapy works when you show up and participate. We do charge for late cancellations and no-shows, and we're upfront about that expectation from the start.
Telehealth & Sessions
Sessions happen entirely online — via secure video, phone, or messaging. You join from wherever you are: your home, your car, your office. You'll need a private space and a reliable internet connection. Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes.
Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, couples counseling, and more. Many clients actually find it easier to open up in a familiar environment — and they attend more consistently without the commute.
We use a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform for all video sessions. You'll receive a link before your appointment — no downloads required. If you have technical issues, phone sessions are always available.
Yes. We offer flexible session formats. Discuss your preference with your therapist and we'll accommodate what works best for you on any given week.
Yes — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. We intentionally do not overbook our therapists so that they have bandwidth to engage with clients between appointments. Your therapist is accessible to you, not just available for 50 minutes a week.
Insurance & Billing
Yes. We accept most major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, Medicaid (FL, AR, MS), and TRICARE. We also accept HSA/FSA and self-pay. Contact us and we'll verify your benefits before your first session — no surprises.
Yes. We accept TRICARE for telehealth mental health services. If you're an active-duty service member, military retiree, or eligible dependent, TRICARE covers telemental health. We understand military life and we're here to serve this community.
We accept most major insurances including TRICARE. With insurance, your cost is typically a copay or coinsurance. For self-pay, reach out — we'll quote current rates and tell you exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.
We charge for late cancellations and no-shows. We're transparent about this from the start. We hold time specifically for you, and we ask for the same commitment in return. Specific policy details will be reviewed before your first session.

Military Families
Yes. We specifically serve and understand military families, military spouses, veterans, and active-duty service members. We understand the unique stressors of deployment, frequent moves, PTSD, transition to civilian life, and the culture of the military community.
Absolutely. Military spouses are one of the most underserved populations in mental health — and we see you. Deployment anxiety, single-parenting, frequent moves, career sacrifice, identity challenges — we work with all of it. And we accept TRICARE.
Getting help isn't weakness — it's the mission now. Telehealth is particularly well-suited for veterans because it removes the stigma of being seen at a therapist's office. You don't have to walk through a door. You just have to make the call.
Possibly — it depends on the state. We are currently licensed in Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. If you're physically located in one of these states during your session, we can see you — even if you've recently moved. Reach out to confirm your state.
Teens & Families
Yes. We provide counseling for teens ages 13–17 and life coaching for clients 13+. We have experience with adolescent mental health, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, social challenges, and the unique pressures faced by military family teens.
We involve parents appropriately — not intrusively. Your teen needs a space to be honest, and we protect that. At the same time, we keep parents informed in developmentally appropriate ways and can include family sessions when beneficial.
Yes, and this is something we understand well — especially for military families. Frequent moves, new schools, new friend groups, parental deployment — these are real stressors for adolescents and we specialize in helping them find their footing.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Yes. All sessions are conducted on HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platforms. Your therapy records are private and protected by law. We take confidentiality seriously.
As with all licensed therapy, there are specific legal exceptions to confidentiality — including imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, and mandatory reporting of child abuse. Your therapist will explain these limits before your first session.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for non-emergency services. We will provide this before your first session. Questions? Just ask us.
