We're a small, deliberately-capped telehealth practice. We're honest with each other and with our clients, and we're looking for clinicians who want to work the same way. Here's what we look for:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW) in FL, AR, MS, or TN — or a registered intern actively pursuing licensure
Direct without being harsh — we call our standard "gently firm" and we hold the team to it the same way we hold our clients
Genuinely invested in client outcomes, not session counts — you actually want the calls between sessions to matter
Comfortable with telehealth — we are 100% online, no in-person sessions
Bonus: military culture fluency, executive coaching background, faith-integrated care, or strong adolescent work
